CHALLENGE:

A large, regional cable service provider was seeking to improve new connect rates in their top service markets. Using prior new mover targeting methods, they were unable to achieve a lift in overall response and connect rates.

SOLUTION:

Specialists Marketing Services, leveraging its CC360 Weekly New Mover database, was able to identify consumers who have just moved into the service area and append this information to their broader consumer mailing list for enhanced targeting. Residents at the prior address were also mailed as prospects.
